To scale our impact, we combine grants, concessional loans, and private investment. This blended finance approach allows us to de-risk projects, attract mission-aligned capital, and deliver sustainable returns for all stakeholders.
Development Manager
We act as Development Managers for clients, guiding affordable housing projects from concept to completion. We provide end-to-end project management, including site acquisition, feasibility studies, planning approvals, design coordination, and construction oversight. Our expertise ensures every project is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with our mission of providing affordable, high-quality housing.
We work closely with Community Housing Providers (CHPs), investors, and government stakeholders to structure financially viable developments that achieve both social impact and financial sustainability. By acting as Development Manager, we streamline the process, reduce risk, and ensure high-quality outcomes that benefit communities for the long term.
Strategic Portfolio Management
Comprehensive property portfolio management services designed to maximise social impact and financial sustainability. We provide regular inspections, strategic asset management, and tailored planning to ensure properties are well-maintained, compliant, and optimally utilised.
